i purchased the script but its not getting connected with the internet... whenever i use the script to make fence it shows

when i am not working offline and plus it shows "The value of the property 'getwinsettings' is null or undefined, not a function object..

Not having much luck with the script. When it produces a rail (two horizontal lines, one sloping in the group) I get a rail down the slope and a diagonal rail across the two horizontal line. Broke the group into individual groups and I'm told "Rail or Fence has no length and cannot be created". Or I get the message that no group has been selected. I've tried it outside of the model (in space) and created a new stair, no luck at all.
