End User License Agreement

Any individual or entity (hereinafter referred to as “Licensee”) that downloads a Sketchup Ruby Script (hereinafter referred to as “Instant Script”) from ValiArchitects.com, by doing so, accepts and agrees to all of the following terms and conditions:

Vali Architects hereby grants to Licensee a permanent, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the use of the Instant Script.

Licensee may not alter or sell any Instant Script nor part thereof

While Licensee is encouraged to install any Free version of an Instant Script onto any computer whatsoever that Licensee may encounter, Licensee may not install multiple copies of a Pro version of an Instant Script except as described below:

If Licensee is an individual, then a Pro version of an Instant Script may be copied onto any computer owned by Licensee, provided that use of said computer is exclusive to Licensee.

If Licensee is not an individual, but is an organization, corporation, partnership, or similar entity, then Licensee must purchase a separate license for each computer on which the Pro version of an Instant Script is installed, or must purchase a network license for up to 25 computers, all of which must share the same local network.

Licensee may use a subscription script, such as 'Instant Wall' on more than one computer provided that the script is used exclusively by Licensee.

Subscription scripts require an internet access to this website for their use. Licensee acknowledges and accepts that Vali Architects does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of this website nor subscription scripts and that operation of this website may be adversely affected by circumstances beyond our control. But should an interruption of service occur, we will diligently attempt to quickly remedy the problem.

All Instant Scripts are provided "as is" and without any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, any guarantee that the scripts actually work or are useful for any purpose.
